Advice against depression #1 and #2

When something really stressful is in the process of happening that you have no control over, you feel a kind of knot in your stomach whatever you do. This makes you afraid of doing other things, like work, personal stuff, etc. because you think you'll meet the cause of the stress there. You won't, it's all right.

When you feel bad or uncomfortable for whatever reason, even for something like illness or bad sleep, avoid thinking of the big things in your life. As soon as you think of something that's ambivalent (like most important things in life are: relationships, self image, work, etc.) you'll perceive only the negative bits.
