It is 10pm and I'm programming. I feel very pleased with myself about this, as it's the first time in several months that:
- I got to program anything.
- The code worked.
- It made a positive difference.
The reason for this rare opportunity is that next week is the big trade show for my work, and we are all having to put in some extra effort. The amount of extra effort required has been falling inverse-exponentially each year, so by now it's only slightly hectic.
I'm leaving for Chicago tomorrow via Dublin (nobody would bomb an Irish plane, would they). I'll be back on Saturday 1 December, and Anastasia will be coming over on the same day for two weeks.
