Er..., hello there!

I'm still alive. I'm in Athens, so if you want to talk to me use the Greek mobile number in my contacts post.

I told the remaining members of my family (there was a chance my dad might know about LJ) so here is the general announcement to anyone who doesn't know yet:

Anastasia is pregnant, and is due to have a child late February. This means I'll be a dad, a prospect that I regard with some surprise and very little interest. This is a description of how I feel, not a complaint. I need to better describe (and understand) how I feel about it in a later post.
So, partly for this and partly for practical reasons I've been unable to sit down and write a proper LJ entry for weeks. I wish you all to be well, and I hope that I can resume normal service soon.
